Angela Velez was born Jeanne Ong in 1976 in Marbel, South Cotabato, the Philippines. Angela Velez managed to get a B.S in Electrical Engineering from the National University in the prescribed five years while playing on the varsity volleyball team. In between, Angela was able to squeeze in stints as a part-time cashier at a Wendy's branch for nine months. But Velez stopped because they were going to make her junior manager.
